Need help, buying a 22" LCD Monitor.. LG VS SAMSUNG

I have a big time deciding which one to buy and I don't have much experience in LCD Monitors.

These monitors met my requirements (2ms, 3000:1) but as for the rest, I'm not sure. There was a lot of talk about the HDMI feature on the LG.

I'm looking for quality/utility.

2ms is a must because I can't have any ghosting.

Samsung is known for use in business's, but other than that I really don't see any substantial difference between them.
 
with vga, your video card has to convert digital signal to analog, pass it through the vga cable, and then your monitor has to take that analog signal, and convert it back to digital

dvi is a digital signal directly from your gpu to the monitor
 
just bought an lg 17' lcd from newegg went to put it together was missing the neck that connects the mon to its stand, but easily taken care of sent back to newegg they sent a new one, but that is irrelevant, the monitor works great and it is very clear, id go lg, but ive had no problems with viewsonic either
 
I'm probably going with the LG, does anyone know if it has a DVI output? It's not mentioned on the website.
 
samsung :D my brother has an lg, I prefer samsung , it has the magiccolour, and the height adjustable stand. the stand is what i got the samsung for mostly
