what the little warning icon on the bottom right of my screen is??

because Ive never had that before and recently I installed another H.D.D into my computer and I just noticed this yesterday..

when I hover over it, it does not say anything also when I click or right click on it, it does not say or do anything...
heres a screenshot, notice on the bottom right hand side of the screen you will see a yellow warning like icon with an exclamation mark on it...

Maybe one of your hardware is not up-to-date with drivers. Check it under Device Manager (I am not sure whether you have tried this or not).
 
move your mouse curser over it and keep it there for a second or two.. most cases it'll put up a balloon window explaining what the issue is or why it's showing that icon.

If I had to guess i'd say updates are avalible and need to be installed ... something along those lines
