Need help choosing corresponding graphics card.

My younger brother has this exact computer http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dell-Prec...t=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item3cc6e9f393.

At the moment only 120mb of the graphics card is dedicated to gaming, obviously this isn't adequate. I am looking into getting a (reasonably cheap) better alternative, but I have no idea as to what is suitable/corresponding with the computer.

Any advice or suggestions are gratefully welcomed.

Do you know what psu you got into it?
Probably you'll have a limit of getting a gpu since most psu's in OEM are crap.
The hd7750 should be ok for a low resolution.

The computer PSU is a L375P-00 375w so presumably the HD 7750 wouldn't work as it requires 400w or more...?!

Yes, although it would still be pretty bad for gaming. Your best bet would be to get a better power supply, and then get a card such as a Radeon HD 7750, Radeon HD 7670, or Geforce GT 640.

dell precision doesn't have crap psus...just throwing that out there, the chassis is built like a tank.

Yeah, that's a good point; Dell PSUs are generally of good quality. You probably could run any of the cards that I listed above on your PSU, although you should use this calculator to double-check first:
