need help choosing Graph Card

i have a build that cost $1,000, and i have around 500-600 to spend on the video card,

i really just want something that will play games like rage, dead island, skyrim and crysis 2 on max setting on high frames on 1 monitor.

any of those should do the trick. Just be sure to have a good quality PSU when using a 580.

i don't think palit is that good, but i know msi are one of the best, so i'd def say go for it.
