NEED help CPU and RAM compatibility

Hi, can someone help me, am buying new confg
so the question is will this whole thing work :)

CPU- Intel core i5 2500
RAM- KINGSTON 2x2GB KHX1600C9D3X1K2/4G
MB- Gigabite GA-P67A-UD3P

CPU-RAM compatibility? I've read somewhere that i5 2500 needs 1.5V RAM, and memory by default will work 1333 MHz(CPU will downclock it,dont know why) i want to OC it to 1600 MHz, but then it will work on 1.65v. So can these new CPU-s work with 1.65V RAM ?
 
The CPU and RAM are compatible.You can set the DRAM frequency to 1600MHz in the bios.
