Need help deciding

ok so I'm in the market for a new motherboard and CPU combo. I'm on a budget which means a combo around $100. yes I know. anyways what would be a good way to go? I do some gaming like Madden 07, GTA3, CoD2, etc. I need a board that has an AGP slot cause I'm running a 9600XT. Any recommendations would be awesome!
 
Your best recommendation would be to wait, and save, until you can spend a decent amount of money on new parts. Anything that you buy for $100 that includes both a mobo that has AGP and a CPU is going to be used and/or an absolute piece of crap.
 
No it wouldn't... the improvement would be mediocre at best.. i know waiting can be hard but sometimes it's the best thing to do. :)
