and has had it for a long time and I am trying to figure out what ram to put in there. I can't figure out what mobo it has so I can figure out what ram to use for it and thought maybe someone here could help me. I want to put in 4 gigs of ram and 64 bit windows 7 but I need to know what kind of ram to get. I know there is software to help determine the mobo but I don't have access to the pc right now and plus its slow as hell from all the junk she downloads and god knows what else she does to turn that thing into a crawler lol. The 512 ram just isn't cutting it and I am tired of reformatting and reinstalling windows every few months so I figure a nice ram upgrade should help quite a bit. Can anyone help me out? I want to buy the ram on newegg.
