a required.DLL file,cpqmxer.DLL was not found [what can I do to add what is needed ]

this website: http://www.registryfix.com/?hop=pccleaner2 says that it can repair missing DLL files, but i never personally tried it so i dont know. And that file could have been deleted by an anti-virus or anti-spyware program if it was infected, so i would go there and run that, and see if it works.
