hey im in a game with a bud right now, and need some help sorry for posting wrong area, i just need help fast and everyone knows this section gets the most replies lol

anyways, my friend needs to install his drivers on an hp laptop for his modem, but they wont install, saying he is not administrator... how on earth do hp laptops always have this problem? what should i tell him to do?
 
He can either log out and log back in under an account that has Administrator privileges, or if the drivers he is trying to install come in an .exe file, he could right-click the file and choose Run As... from the context menu, then select an Administrator account and supply the password.
