need help fast!!!

I just got a new desktop last nite, with these specs

Amd athalon 2.0ghz
2gb ram
550watts psu
geforce 6800gtx 256mb ddr2 pci-e

guru fatlity nforce motherboard.

i was in the bios and changed pci-e express speed from 100mhz to 130mhz to see if i can, now i reboot pc, and the video card wont work, i tried both pci-e slots, and the monitor just comes up with nothing, is there i way to reset bios!!>?? plz

There is a reset near the motherboard battery or just take the battery out for a minute. Cards are more or less unstable over 100mhz bus speed and it doesnt really improve performance.

thank you the battery thing worked, anyways as for the specs i posted, i paid $230 for that tower and it was all new, was that a good deal, i really only know like intel core 2 duos and stuff is this amd good?
