okay here is what hbappened I removed the video card to put in the new fan, installed everything back in. turned the computer on and now it gets to the windows loading screen with the progress bar and after that the monitor goes blamk and the screen led goes yellow, but I hear the windows keep loading. What happened why does the monitor goes blank

Again, make sure your video card is securely inserted.
It could be that your PSU does not have enough power to give.
1. What kind of PSU is it?

make sure that you havn't got dual moniters, if you have change the plug your moniter plugs into and then boot up,
it should stay blank until it loads up windows, then go into display and set you default moniter.
