Need help finalizing parts list

So I am building my first gaming rig and I would like some input on my final list. I am not planning on overclocking necessarily though that could change and I am at the highest price I would ever want to go. However if people could look through it and let me know there thoughts and where they think I could do better that would be super helpful. A couple quick notes. 1.) I am fine with the 240 ssd as I am planning on adding another, 2) A 750 PSU may seem overkill but it was the same price as some of the smaller ones. I would especially like thoughts on the motherboard if you all have the time. Here is my parts list.

Mobo - personally would get something with 4 RAM slot
GPU - wait for AMD RX 480
Wifi - get ac?
Case fan - Do you really need extra case fan?

If you even think you may want the flexibility of overclocking your going to need a K-series CPU, (example. i5 6600K) and definitely a more robust motherboard with a Z170 chipset.

In addition, a CPU cooler such as the 212Evo and good thermal paste is going to be needed for successful overclocking.

With the wifi adapter, you want to find one that is AC capable to keep up with current and much faster standard.

As, @Cisco001 mentioned, I'd be waiting for the AMD RX480 graphics board, its releasing on the 27th and is going to be aggressively priced at 249usd for the 8GB variant

Those are my initial thoughts..
