I used to have a game, I lose it, and now I want to buy it again. It's older, not sure of the title or if it was ever really popular? I'm going to try explaining it and hopefully someone recognizes something.

I'd classify it as Action/Adventure, but it is set in the "future". The entire game you flew around in a spaceship/flying car. You had various tasks that varied from dropping off a client to a whore house to protecting other flying cars from ambushes.

The play area was always in very large futuristic city's. You could explore freely, flying to the top of buildings or plummeting to the streets below. The flying was actually very smooth and realistic, I enjoyed just flying around a ton.

Your flying car had weapons and other upgradeable features. Throughout the game you would upgrade your car to be faster and stronger, etc.

There was a built-in messaging system you would be briefed through, advertisements came through, etc.

It was fun, of course by today's standard's it might as well be DOS based. The graphics were pretty good for it's time, and like I said the flying was amazing so I thought the physics were top notch.

Still looking for it in my stuff, but no luck so far. I fear it might have been sold to Half Price Books. :(

ages 5 to 8 and you drop clients at whore houses??????

lol

Anyways back on topic that despription doesnt ring any bells

Try google something...

I don't think it had an online/multi-player option.

BTW I jut remembered it reminds me of Blade Runner.

Still looking for this title, it's been bugging me all this week.

It is VERY similar to Beambreakers, Descent 3, and G-Police if any of you remember those games.

This is a scene from Beambreakers to jog your memories.

You can download the demo online to try it out for free.

You need to run it in Windows 98 compatibility mode to get it to work right though. Or at least I had to.

I think that guy had his dates wrong, Unelss it came out YEARS ahead of time over in the UK.

Different sites say different things, one says 1999, another says 2003, another says 2000. I believe it was 1999-2000, as this was before I met my wife but not as old as 1997.

I remember G-police lol. I looked at that picture and was thinking "i recognise that somewhere" then i read your text and was like ahhhhh that looks a little like G-police.

Excellent.
