need help finding good psu

I dont know too much about power supplies. I am upgrading from a logisys 400 which pretty much sucks, when running my computer. Here is what im running any help on picking a psu to run this properly would be great.

Intel Core i7 860 2.8ghz (quad core) 8000k
ASRock p55m pro ddr3, cross fire GB LAN, iEEE
8gb PC8500 DDR3 1066 dual channel
GeForce 9500GT 1GB PCI Express 16x dual head tv out
500.0GB Hitachi 7200RPM SATA2, UDMA 300 8 m cache
LG 22X DVD RECORDER DUAL LAYER +R/RW-R/RW

plan on adding 2 more hard drives and another optical drive in future want to plan for that as well

That should last you quite some time....and if you decide to upgrade that vid card at a later date you should be set. :)

700W GameXStream recert for $44.99,far more than what you need for that rig: (A good 500W would easily run that as well as upgrades, your whole system prolly uses ~200-250W at max with that system and GPU)
