Need help finding motherboard for this CPU

You're probably looking for a cheap motherboard that gets the job done? That CPU is a single core, so its behind the times. I'd urge you to consider Intel's dual core solutions...like their E2xxx series...those are cheap(Under $100) and overclockable, they do much better than that single core. Otherwise...a motherboard to match that cpu...consider this

this would be a much better cpu, and you can overclock it easily...some have claimed to gain an almost 100% overclock with ease on the stock heatsink and fan.
 
The Intel is way better. For one, it is dual core, and for the 2nd point, it has very good overclocking capability. I've seen it get to 3ghz with ease...which will blow the amd out of the water. Stock comparison would probably yield the Intel CPU the victor compared to the single cored amd you have in mind. If you are unsure on how to overclock, theres many guides and many people here willing to help you :)

What exactly is your budget?
 
Typically newer Intel processors are better than AMD, even at lower clock rates. The same can be said about AMDs being faster than Intels with higher clock rates. Now I don't know much about that processor or how it would compare to the Intel, but I would take the duel core over the single core...
