Need Help Fixing Comp

I want to Fix my moms old computer becasue It was working ok with Xp before then I left it alone for a month or two and now it doesn't work. Can someone spend some time with me on AIM to help me fiqure it out. ILL DO EMAIL TO.

It beeps 3 times but i fixed that problem because the memory wasn't in right. It starts u[ but nothing comes on the screen.

I will include pictures as you need them.

Sounds like the memory is shot. Do you have another PC that u can test the memory with?

Edit: What kind of memory is it?
 
Why was the memory in need of being reseated? Did you also reseat all of the other boards while you were at it?
 
how do i reset it??? just take it out and put back in can you please put a step by step thing in the order i do everything. THX
 
Now the 3 beeps keep happening when I turn it on which is a RAM falure right????? Anyone have a stick of pc133 they could send mE?? for free???
