everytime I restart my computer , it goes to garbage computer language and blue screen, I have windows 7 , plus I've notice that my clock changes its date and time.

plus my computer crashed a few times this week.

I can provide highjack this logs and malware and super anity spy ware as well.

what are the steps I should take and logs that you want

It sounds like it could either be a flat CMOS battery, failing psu, failing hard drive or a corrupt windows install

my pc is fairly decent, I bought it from cyberpower 2 1/2 years ago. the power supply is decent, I cant imagine the battery dying out after only 2 1/2 years but who knows really, right .

and corrupt windows installed, the windows 7 has been working fine for 2 1/2 years.

how do i go through the steps to figure out which problem it is, a virus? malware? or whatever? or a hardware problem?

thanks

The first thing to do is to download PC wizard from my sig. Install and run it. Go to file SAVE AS and click OK and copy the text out of that file into this thread.

Also, please look at what exact PSU model and make you have (there is a sticker on it).

If that all checks out, we'll look at the OS, malware and other hardware issues

i instaled pc wizard and i right click and open it on admin and click okay, then it goes error, " error initialising peripherical driver. you must have administrator rights . error :5"

that what it says

If your clock changes time and date then you have a bad cmos battery and need to change it. What is the error code on the bluescreen?

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

If you want to post your logs go ahead but I doubt this has anything to do with malware/viruses.

Ok, but we need to know hardware and psu as well. Could simply be a new graphics card killing the psu.

Boot to safe mode, uninstall the video driver and download and install the latest version. See if that fixes it. If not, then probably bad video card.

how do I do that , like uninstall then like go to the video card company website and download drivers

sorry I'm not the most computer savy person

Yes. It will not load the video driver in safe mode, it will load a generic driver only.
