Need Help Getting a New Computer

Hello people, I need to choose between 3 computers and I also have a few questions. Will be glad if you'll help me with that :)
I'd mostly like to use it for gaming, however some of my games "prefer" 2 stronger cores over 4 weaker cores. I could compromise on the weaker graphics card as long as it's not weaker by a lot and as long as it can run a few games.

COMPUTER NO. 1:
PSU: IN-WIN Power Man 450W Real
Processor: i5 2400 (3.1GHz, 4 cores)
Motherboard: Gigabyte H67MA-UD2H
HD: Western Digital 500GB SATA3 16MB Buffer
RAM: Kingston OR Ceon 4GB DDR3 1333MHz
Onboard graphics card (Intel Graphics)

COMPUTER NO. 2:
PSU: 500W (they didn't name the product, sorry)
Processor: i5-650 Processor 4M Cache, 3.20 GHz (2 cores)
Motherboard: INTEL H55TC TOM COVE
HD: SEAGATE 1TB 7200RPM SATA2
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333MHZ
Graphics Card: GEFORCE Pci Express X16 GT220 1GB

COMPUTER NO. 3:
PSU: 500W (they didn't name the product, sorry)
Processor: i5-760 2.8GHz (4 cores)
Motherboard: INTEL H55TC TOM COVE
HD: SEAGATE 1TB 7200RPM SATA2
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333MHZ
Graphics Card: GEFORCE Pci Express X16 GT220 1GB

And now, my questions are:
1. Given the descriptions above, which computer sounds better?
2. Can the graphics card Geforce 9500GT connect to No. 1?
3. Is Geforce 9500GT better than the onboard graphics card of No. 1?
4. Considering the answers to questions 2 and 3 are positive, which computer is better; No. 1+9500GT, No. 2 or No. 3?

Any game that still only uses two cores is going to be maxed out by any current quad core anyway :/

All of those machines are, honestly, pretty bad at gaming. They have fairly powerful processors with really weak graphics cards, and if the first is any indication, they've probably got bad power supplies as well.

Where are you located, and what's your budget? We can help you find a good machine.


edit: Also, what all are you including in said budget? Just the core hardware, or the OS/Monitor/Peripherals as well?

I'm located in Israel, my budget is 2300-2700 NIS [New Israeli Shekel] (I'm pretty sure it'll be really wrong if I try to convert it to USD, sorry).

Either way, I do know some of the games I want to play (emulation programs for example) can be played well with my Geforce 9500GT, the only problem is, let's say, the rest of the computer - CPU most importantly. They also mention having a better use of 2 strong cores than 4 weak cores (in their FAQ and whatnot) like I said before, I'm really not looking for graphically amazing games, just some games which make use of a strong CPU.

But if you can make something better out of my budget, be my guest XD
 
^ No it isn't, it has Intel graphics. :/

Are there any good places to buy online over there? Goggle translate works fine for reading the pages, and that would give us a good idea of what things cost over there.

Unless it's just really poorly coded, I think just about any modern CPU should run a Wii emulator just fine, quad core or no. The DS one is a piece of cake for anything. Given the same price, it'd be better to get the more powerful CPU (quad), even if those specific programs don't support it.
