Need help getting internet back.

Hello. So i had a bit of family issues so my mom decided to install connection of wires that are connections by using female to female thingy. So i been bypassing is ever since. Now i need anothor help. Since she took router with herself. I have anothor router which i cannot setup, i had a previous thread about it. Anyways can i some how convert my unused router to be like female to female thingy so i can connect those 2 connections or it will not work?

Do not care about wifi.
