Need help in upgrading RAM

Hi all,

A friend of mine gave me his old PC that he is not using anymore. It is a Pentium 4 with 512 RAM and running on win XP

Since it is running on win XP and despite the fact that it is only being used to internet browsing and MS office, the performance is very limited and i would like to upgrade to 1 gig. The problem is that i dont know what is the kind of RAM the motherboard supports (DDR or SDRAM) and therefore what kind of memory should i buy, like if it is DDR then what speed etc.
Also, the company name is not listed on the 512 stick as i read that it is better so both sticks be from the same company so that might be also a problem.

anyway, here are some screens i took with EVEREST with the details. If you need anything else please let me know

thanks!

I am sorry, but i am not from the USA so i am gonna need to know details about what i need to buy so i can buy it in my own country

DDR333/PC2700 as far as the brand, dont know. It might help if you click on the memory tap instead of the SPD tap.

Well, all i can find online in my country is a DDR 400. would that be ok? i know that it will work as 333 but i beraly found the 400.
Also, does it matter if the 2 sticks are from different brands? cuz the DDR400 is a samsung and the current one is probably not

It will just clock back to 333. It is better to have matched pairs but most of the time it will fine. It will just run at the slowest ones speed and timming.

Thank you, one question though... from the screens i posted, does all the 4 slots are DDR? or only 2 of them?
