need help: itunes wont connect to the internet, neither will other things

recently ive taken my computer to best buy to get it looked at and i think they may have changed something around and not changed it back because itunes wont connect to the itunes store and WoWmatrix (program that updates your WoW addons automatically) wont connect to the internet either. And i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone knows how to fix it. And btw, i still have an internet connection and i can get on the internet fine when i open firefox or try to play WoW.

yes, i reinstalled them and they still didnt work. i took it to best buy so they could look at my graphics card.
