Need help looking for new computer

Hi im looking to get a new computer which will be used for playing WOW and just going on the web. My budget is $500 no higher. Please don't suggest just building my own computer. Yes I realize its cheaper and I can get something better but I dont feel like messing around with it.
 
actually at that price generally the oems will get you something more powerful, they buy in bulk saving tons and in turn can have lower prices, look on newegg and just do a power search, i think a ibuypower or cyberpower is the best at that price.
 
Ibuypower and cyberpower let you build your own computer and they will assemble it the prices may be a bit over your budget but itz worth it....

if he built out would be a lot better quality. Another reason they are lower prices is because they use discontinued products especially for amd builds. They will use older
am 2/am 2+/am 3 boards that more than likely won't support bull dozer. So upgrading is shot. Even if he could, those rigs always come with crap psu's so he would have to upgrade that before anything else.
 
well for that budget he ain't getting much anyways so might as well save up to closer to 800 and build on.
 
Yeahm that little extra will mean you don't have to spend another 500+ hundred in like 4-5 years, cause self builts will still be going strang, and a prebuilt could, but it isn't very likely for that to happen, also the self will be capable/compatible with newer tech that the pre won't have the socket for or won't have the power for.
