Need help on buying the right Video Card

I need help to find a video card because I get a little confuse on trying to pick them. Its get complicated with the price and 1 GB vs 2 GB and, its just confusion. I hope I can get one for under possible $100 to play game's like dying light and GTA 5.

Here's what I got.
- AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor
- Gigabyte GA-F2A58M-HD2 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
- Corsair Vengeance 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
- NZXT Phantom (White) ATX Full Tower Case
- Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Also Will this do? SAPPHIRE R7 250 1GB GDDR5 WITH BOOST

With your power supply, you will be limited to say the gtx 750TI or the gtx 960 or r7 250x
 
You wouldn't be able to use anything higher without getting a higher wattage power supply.
 
GTX 750ti occasionally drops below $100...

Just letting you know, you spent about $40-50 too much on the case... Should have gone with something cheaper to apply money elsewhere..
