there is an Option to use a Cd-r, but I cant get it to work off of a CD, so I just made it off of Floppy, but you can use a CD

ive used a cd i burned the iso image to it using nero and then booted from cd and it ran fine

You need to download the proper zip file for a CD version, and then burn the ISO as bootable; most progs have problems with this, so it is easiest to use the Feinman Tool then reboot with the CD in and it should run automatically.

wen u say boot you guys mean like restart the computer with the disc in..or start the computer with the disc in?..appreciate the help thanks

either will work as long as you have your bios set to boot from cd
