Need help on this power supply with this case

I have not been able to find if it will as was hopeing someone could help me out if the PS will fit in that case or will I have to maybe cut some stuff and rig it someway that it would. If someone could help me out that would be great.

here is what i am trying to run on a PS and didn't think that anything below a 800 would be good cause i don't want to have to keep buying PS if they blow. just want one that will last the whole time. any iteas please let me know
2x radeon 4850 video cards in crossfire mode
MB GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P P45 775
CPU INTEL|C2D E8500 3.16G 775
one cd drive
one 500g harddrive
4 2gigs sticks of ram
and the case fan on the side of the case (250mm)
and two 120mm case fans.
