As I understanding on Overclocking my CPU.

My memory is 2X2GB DDR2 Dual channel.

Now, I am little confusing about memory speed. In CPU-Z, my memory DRAM Frequency speed is 533.3 MHz. Is that mean, my dual channel is running in total of 1066.6 Mhz. But it does not make sense because of my CPU Rated FSB run at 1600 MHz.

Your 1066 memory, really runs at 533mhz. Remember its DDR/ Double data rate, nothing to do with Dual Channel.

There is nothing I can do to overclocked memory rams? I decided to try increase cpu bus speed from 400(4.0Ghz) to 401(4.011GHz) in bios then I notice memory speed jump from 533.3 to 534.9 MHz.

Well like you said, raising your FSB overclocks the memory. Other then that the boards bios needs a memory divider. If you overclok the memory much over 533 you will need to adjust the memory voltage and timimg.
