Need help on upgrading CPU!!!

Hey guys,

I got an ASUS m2n-e motherboard for free with 4 gb of ram. It has a dual core CPU on it but I would rather have a quad core... I am just not sure which model of the AMD quad cores are good.

The socket of the motherboard is an AM2 and AM2+.

It just supports the Phenom I. Really with the lastest bios any Phenom I from the 9100e to the 9950.
