Couple of points,

1. I agree with this:

Get the 4850 X2, its only take up one PCI-E slot, consumes less power, and perhaps cheaper than two. (depends which two you buy)

for two reasons, first that motherboard only has 1 x PCIe 16 slot, meaning you cannot install 2 GPUS on seperate cards. So if you want dual gpus running, it will have to be an X2 variety or a different motherboard.

Secondly, the 4850 is good, but not worth it in crossfire. Get 1 x 4870. This will also mean that you don't have to rely on ATi driver profiles for games in the future (which is the case if you use crossfire).

2. For god sake's don't get 8GB of DDR667 RAM. Are you nuts? You will never, repeat never need it. 4GB is loads in 99% of situations, and you will need a 64bit version of Windows (or whatever OS you use) to allow for that addressable space (otherwise you will only be able to use 75% of it or less). EDIT ; just noticed the Ultimate 64bit in the list.

3GB (in dual channel), is the fastest combination in Vista. Get yourself the 2x 512mb and 2x 1GB RAM modules of the fastest frequency RAM your mobo supports. This will allow for dual channel high speed, low latency 3GB of RAM which is loads for Vista. I have this set up, its extremely fast and I never run out of ram (even when video rendering several hour long HD with Adobe Prem Pro CS3).

It will be loads cheaper and much smarter. Use the additional funds to get the 4870X2 if you want, or a better case. Better still, get a sweet PSU.

3. Power Supplies. To cut a long story short. IMHO, if you want to get a PSU that is awesome quality, efficiency and has a 5year warranty, get Corsair.

Assuming a single gpu get the Corsair 620W which is modular and awesome.

If you get the 4870X2, get the 750W. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139002

hope that helps.
