Need Help Pc messed up.

Hello i wanted to ask what could the problem be anyone know?? i turned my pc off, after a few mins i on it again but just shows a blank screen on monitor. After 1 minute it shows Check Signal Cable everything is plugged perfectly.
 
Your graphics card could be out. Does it seem like everything starts up in the computer, all the fans are spinning? If your motherboard has onboard graphics you can remove your graphics card and let the computer run on the onboard graphics. That would be a good way of indicating whether or not it is your graphics card that is out.
 
Alright if i take it to repair do i need just need to take the computer tower box?? and what would i need to tell them?
