Need help pickin gaming computer

I play all the newest games that require a top of the line gaming computer. The problem is I dont know ANYTHING about computers.

Please help me decide from these(any information on why you would buy 1 that would be appreciated):

I would recommend to build your own computer but if you want to choose between those 3 I would go with this one http://reno.craigslist.org/sys/2048073437.html

Faster GPU, and better PSU. I'm fan of AMD but this time I would go with Intel
