Need help picking a MOBO

Picked up an E7200 today and need help picking out a mobo to go with it. Would like expandability as far as PCI slots go, so 3 PCI and 3 PCI-E would be nice. And at least one PCIEx16. Ram is standard (probably won't go higher than 4gb)

The biggest thing is it needs to OC easily. I want to get every bit of power I can out of that CPU :)

other than that I have no idea! Budget is max 100 bucks. I don't want to break the bank but I don't want to end up with a piece of junk because I didn't want to spend 20 bucks more...

thanks guys

lol well I was actually looking at that mobo earlier. Doesn't have too many reviews though and one of em says it's horrible. I know only 1 bad review doesn't mean they all suck but I would feel better if there was like 200 positive reviews and not 10...

I do like that it can support 16gigs of RAM that's awesome.

do you have experience with this board?

well, that 1 egg review sounds more like a dmged mobo review then anything else.

ok seems like a good board. I'm convinced.

Now what about RAM...can you guys help me out or should I make a new thread in the RAM section?

yeah I've been looking, that ram is freaking expensive. Wouldn't it be better to have like 8gb of a slower ram? Like DDR2 800?

Like these?

Would 4gb of DDR2 1066 be better than 8gb of DDR2 800?

this is the board i got
P5N-D $95 open box (I did have to get the i/o Shield from asus for another ten buck but it's not a must )
runs on ddr2 800

the only improvement I see is the fact that it's SLI ready...which I'm not interested in. My laptop is SLI and I sort of hate it. It's a PITA messing around with it and would rather just stick with 1 card. If I have enough dough to get a second card I might as well just get 1 better card right?

Besides the first mobo supports faster and more RAM :)
