Need help picking computer

hey, i'm kind of new to computers and i don't really know much about the mumbo jumbo inside . Recently I've been looking for a computer to game on and i need help picking one out. I asked a person that i know what computer i should get and he told me to get something custom. Well i looked online a little bit and found this website that sells premade custom computers www.cyberpowerpc.com and i found this one computer thats very affordable and i like. I was wodering if this game could play some very demanding games like call of duty,i am looking for a computer that can load a call of duty map in under say 15 seconds.

P.s..... this website lets you customize parts of the computer to, so if one of these parts needs to be better i can change it.

That looks good, but where is the power supply? they may be using a cheap unit that can only just power the system.

I would change the sound card to a Creative X-Fi Titanium

It needs over 650 watt good quality PSU for future graphics card upgrade.

Never heard of that motherboard brand I would recomend Gigabyte or ASUS.
