So my question is: Are these parts going to work and I'm not going to have any problems with building my first computer?
Will i have to buy any extra cables ? or they come with the parts?
I have Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit

Thank you.

if you only have a 32-bit os then it will only use a maximum of i believe 3.16 or 3.2 gigs of it. so theres no point in getting 8 gigs if you only have a 32-bit os. i think other than that its all good.

I have 2 vista 32-bit systems that recognize 4GB ram each..

I think that SP1 and some other patch on windows update has fixed this issue.

SP1 on 32 bit only allowed it to (show) how much ram is installed. It still has the same limit to how much it can access.

well my dad will get me vista x64 so im good then :D oh and i found a better CPU that comes with a fan.

You can get most of that stuff cheaper at Newegg. A 9850
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103249
Zip has the 9950 for 177 bucks.

Think Mwave has the 9950 for 175 bucks.

Plus get a Gigabyte/Asus or DFI board instead of a XFX. Newegg has alot more AM2+ boards to pick from.

Check prices at Newegg/Zipzoomfly and Mwave.
