need help plz.

my kids computer is starting to freeze up after 5-10 after they log on to windows and need to know whats causing it to freeze.it freezes the keyboard and mouse to, i have to hard restart it.

cpu temps around 30-35c idle
gpu temps unknow

nothing is OC'ed

specs.
939 mach speed mobo
amd athlon 3800+ cpu
2 gig ddr ram
some cheap 350w psu (had it for 2+ years still a champ)
160 sata hdd Windows xp home
7300 gt gpu

it started when my kids was playing sims 3 and it restarted by its self, come to find out it had my cpu temps 50-60c.i dont know if its over heating my gpu or what but after sims 3 got installed/played it started to act up.

Check inside the PC to see if the CPU or GPU heatsinks are bunged up with dust. You can use Dustbuster or compressed air to clean them out, taking care not to damage the fans. 60degC is quite hot.
