Need help quickly!

hey,
one night i turned on my computer and everything worked perfectly, then in the morning i turned on the computer and the following message appeared and i was unable to access my windows 98 se.
Here is the message:

The following file is missing or corrupted: C:\windows\himem.sys
The following file is missing or corrupted: C:\windows\dblbuff.sys
The following file is missing or corrupted: C:\windows\ifshlp.sys

Copyright Microsoft Organisation

File Creation Error

Could someone please help me as i have all my business work on this computer.
 
just as the message says, the files or missing, or corrupt, i think a sinple install of Windows would resolve this.
