Need Help Really Loud CPU Fan

My motherboard is from a gateway gm5626, i just received my case and power supply yesterday put everything together and then i installed windows 7 ultimate. Everything was working great last night and now when i try to turn it on its like it freezes at start up. My video card will arrive tomorrow as well as my flat screen monitor, as i am currently using on board video. There are no drivers for this motherboard for windows 7 only for windows vista, but everything was working great last night. I replaced my cpu fan for an extra one i had because of the leds.....well i went to put the old one back on to see if it would help and now its freakishly loud. If you guys could help that would be great. I am including some videos as well.

Well for one thing you have them upside down, it should be turned the other way blowing into the heatsink. Another thing dont unplug and plug up fans with it running. If you dont have the new fan plugged into the CPU fan header it can cause it not to boot, Or you get sometimes a loud no CPU fan beep, which can be disabled in the bios..

oh okay did not know that. i installed the original fan that was on the heatsink and plugged into the actual spot it belongs...its still loud and is not going anywhere....it turns on but does not do anything.
 
Is the processor with this desktop computer a Pentium E2180 Allendale Dual-Core (2.0 gigahertz) Processor?

You may be out of luck with finding drivers for Windows 7 for that motherboard. I looked on Gateway's website and I could not find any Windows 7 motherboard drivers for that mainboard. If you do not have the motherboard drivers Windows 7 will not work with the hardware you have.

You may need to purchase a new motherboard. But if you have to buy a new motherboard the RAM and processor you currently own should work with it.

most of the time vista drivers should work with windows 7.

did you maybe have cool 'n' quite enabled before but don't anymore? what kind of temps are you getting (and do you know what you had before)?
 
Time will reveal all things. You will find out if you got it working after using the computer for a while. Run different programs on it and test it out.
