i need help recovering all of my stuff of off a hard drive that became unfomatted. i dont kno if its possible but if it is i need the help. but maybe it would help if i told what happened. i have a 120 GB hard drive and an 80 GB hard drive. i use the 80 mostly for like my OS a program files. and i use the 120 mostly for media and other program setups and games and stuff like that. and then my windows started slowing down and messing up. so i decided to just erase everything on it and start off fresh. so i moved anything of any importance to the 120. and then i went to use this "booy and nuke" program and forgot to disconnect the 120. but it was only going for like .1 sec. b4 i shut it off. and then once i erased the 80 and put windows back on it the 120 was no where to be found. so i asked my friend if i could recover all of that stuff even though the 120 isnt formatted and he said yes, but i was complicated. he said i should go to a computer forum and i did so if there is anyone out there that can help, i could really use it

peace

sorry, but what is "booy and nuke" ?
maybe u mean "boot and nuke" ?
then u should speaking about Linux Os , rather then Windows,
cause as far as i know DBAN is based on Linux.
anyway, i'd recommend u recovery softwares.
e.g. Disk Director , or something else(search it in google.com)

I use Get Data Back. It works good. But since you used boot and nuke you will only be able to recover the stuff that wasn't written over. You will also need a drive to recover the data to.
