Need help regarding new gamer laptop

processor speed, RAM and HDD sizes are the main difference. A 2.0 GHz will be enough. You will not need more than 8GB of RAM for gaming. HDD size is purely your choice. I personally dont need more than about 320 GB to hold everything (games and all).

Okay thank you alot. What about the titles themselves? Like one ends with TZ236V
while another ends with 91278V and so on. What does this say abou the computer?

Also, why does it under the processer speed section say "2 - 2.9 Ghz", and under "clock frequency" say 2 Ghz. Which of the two are important for gaming?

The letters and numbers after the main ID is telling what it is equipped with. It is comparable with the 3+3 in K30-3+3 identifying that the truck had 2 3 person bench seats.

as for the 2.0-2.9 processor speed, that is the stock speed and the max turbo speed. I would rely more on the stock speed than the turbo, as the turbo is not as reliable (basically it overclocks based on thread usage. But you can always count on 2.0 GHz on 4 threads.)

you will have to find someone on here more familiar with Asus laptops to say for sure. I know it has a 2.2GHz Core i7QM processor, GTX560m, and 8 GB of RAM.
