Can anyone help on this pic. this is a moving pic but I can hv it move. Can I know what kind of software must I use in order to hv this pic moving, thks for help

In my own PC I cant hv it move but when I post in ths forum is move what is the problem can anyone help pls thks

Where are you trying to view it on your PC? It seems to work fine on mine.
