need help to build a pc

hey people,

I want to make a new pc but I dont jet know what is good to start with so I choose for a cpu(if this is stupid plz tell me) and I was wondering what a good cpu is for like €100-150.
I hope someone have a good advise for me.
 
Do you know how to build a computer, do you have personal preference, and are you familiar with the various Motherboards/sockets?
 
thnx for the quick awnser, I dont really know how to build it but my dad is gonna help me. I live in the netherlands. whats the big differents between the i3 and the i5? and whould it be good enough to play the newest game for a while??
