I received a computer from a widow that I know that belonged to her husband. Since I built it I sort of knew all the hardware and most of the software and did some upgrades to it. I decided to connect it to the internet to download some software it needed via a wifi adapter and my router. I am not the administrator on this computer but that didn't seem to be a problem. While on the internet with it I opened a Twitter account and accessed a couple of other websites with it. Now I have disconnected it. Seems now that when I try to connect to those sites like Twitter I cannot connect to them using my main computer. With IE I get a unable to display webpage and with Chrome I get unable to connect to the real Twitter.com or unable to connect to the real Purdue.com. Can anyone help me figure out what I have to do to my computer to be able to access these sites again. The Chrome tab says SSL error. thanks
