Need help understanding chipsets Z170 H170 H110?

Usually a better chipset doesn't add much to the price. You might save 10 bucks by going down to a H110 on a similar Z170 motherboard
However when buying cheap motherboards, it usually doesn't matter, Because they often come with less ports.
Some of they key difference is how many USB 2 and 3 ports, RAM slots and PCI-E lanes it supports. and also H110 doesn't support M.2 PCI-E.
But a stripped cheap motherboard is not gonna have much of this anyway.
So in that case a Z170 isn't gonna add anything to the board over a H110 chipset.
