Hi, I have a Dell XPS 400 and need some help. After looking at these two sites:

I have a Pentium 4 3.0Ghz w/HT and from the info in these two sites have a Pentium D 840 3.2Ghz on its way to me.
I thought I would be fine until I found in these two charts

that the Wattage is different, now I've updated my bios as advised in another forum. My question is will my motherboard/ PSU support the new processor? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
