Need help Video card buying,

Hello messed up passwords on username northeastsurfing, trying to fix.

The card I got keeps over heating sense I placed it in. Was nice for about a day, bummer. I am returning the card by mail tomorrow, and already did the return on the site. I still need a card.

Is shutting down my computer screen, and too hot to touch. Burning my fingers, crazy, located in a AC room that was about 65 degrees.

I unserstand, but why bother adding a fan when I can buy a video card with a fan on it. you would not believe how hot this card got. my screen flickered, then shut down. the car was too hot to touch. I am afraid to run into problems with heat down the line even with a fan on this card.
any ideas for something around the same price with a fan, what about the two cards I linked above? thanks..

Thanks for all your help, sorry if I sound like I do not know what I am doing. I am a web designer with some little skills in hardware. I did manage to help a friend built this computer I have, and I take care of it, so it seams fast and nice. But we put in a cheap video card and the fan on the card is dragging.

Could you please recommend a good card from around 100.00 for my agp motherboard? A fan would be nice. I would like 512mb if possible, please let me know, thanks again for everything I am just lost here.

With gas prices I can afford a lot so I understand I am being a little cheap. So the best will do for the money, whatever the MB's are, for around 100.00.

So do you have any recommendations for something around 100.00 that is the best deal for the money? A fan would be good, I dont want to mess with a card after the fact and add a fan, or deal with heat problems. Thanks.
