need help. VIRUS???

well as silly as this sounds im writing this post using my psp. i turned my pc on for the first time today and for some reason my internet explorer wouldnt load any pages (im using vista64). when i closed ie i got a dep error and now when ever i close any window i get a dep error. i have run my virus scaner(NOD32) but it didnt detect anything. any ideas

Well in the end I had to use system restore to fix the problem. The computer was working fine last night and the last thing I did before I went to bed was to install the latest NVIDIA drivers. has anyone else had trouble with these drivers or was it just a coincidence that my pc stuffed up after using them?

system restore..I had the same problem and fix it using system restore.
