need help what mem to upgrade with

i looked up at intel on the motherboard. looks like a celeron but dont think so.
the motherboard says Intel D865GBF/D865PERC. its an old computer i picked up several years ago. i want to upgrade the memory to maybe 3gig then give away to a family member. on the otherhand im thinking for mem type is DDR400, (PC3200), 333 (PC2700) and 266 mhz. (PC2100). if the faster worked i will buy i guess. if its a waste of money for the fastest then i will save it. anybody help verify any of this info please. thanks
 
Your only choice of processors for that board are either celeron or P4. The memory specifications for that board are total of 4gb, 4 slots of 1gb each of ddr 400,333,266 memory. Any cheap memory should work with that.
