need help! windows reinstaled

i had dell send me some drivers for my computer but after they did they reinstaled windows... and i had some games and music... that i wanted to keep, is there anyway to get that stuff back???

ask them mabye they made backup or a recovery Partition ......But sorry there is no other way so its impossible sorry
