I been looking around for a major upgrades but, I want it at a low cost. I been looking around and i am really impressed with the AMD Phenom II X4. I been building computers for a while but then i moved away from it and now i am back into it again
This what i have so far....

I found this combo. It has the second mobo with but the processor is a step down. I really don't need all the speed but i don't know if this would be a good deal or not.

I like the L3 Cache which is 6 mb along with the freq. it runs at.

I don't know what the crossfire support is right off the bat but i would like to know.

I am not quite understand this part... which is the fsb.... it say 2600MHz Hyper Transport (5200 MT/s)

Crossfire means running 2 or more ATI graphic at the same time. You probably not need it. Phenom II 940 is at the same time, you'd better off to 940.
However, I would suggest you going for phenom II x4 810 with DDR3 RAM due to upgradablitiy in future

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-MA770-UD3/ ASUS M4A78 Plus if you want to stay with DDR2 RAM
GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P for DDR3 RAM with AM3 socket CPU

RAM: Just get some cheap OCZ...

HDD: I in favour of 32MB Cache Seagate/ WD

Video card: If you just hook the PC with a normal 19"/ 22" Monitor, you don't need 1 GB GDDR RAM. 4830 is the better card.
