Need Help With Blue Screens

I just bought all the parts to build a new computer. Its the first time ive built a computer and im having problems with different bluescreens popping up. Ive looked at so many different threads and none have been able to help.

Processor: Intel Core I5-6500
Graphics Card: MSI GTX 960 Gaming 4G RTL
Mother Board: ASRock Z170 PRO4 ATX
RAM: 2 GSkill Ripjaws 8gb
Memory: SSHD 1TB Seagate ST1

I dont know much about what im doing but ive looked through my event viewer and in application, security, and system there are alot of errors. im not sure whats wrong, and if you need any more information let me know. the main bsod's im getting are IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

Did you use the XMP profile setting for the memory from within BIOS/UEFI?

I checked my setup guide that came with my mother board and in the book it said theres a load xmp setting under dram timing configuration. But when i go into the uefi setup theres no option there to change it
