need help with booting.

I recently installed America's Army on my D drive which is a linnux drive and which had appeared in my windows after formating it with partition magic ( BTW linux is still in it). Now when i boot instead of getting the OS choice i get this:
000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000........
how can you help me

well actually if u look at it and move ur eyes right with it, ull notice it is 01 01 01 01 ... a full page.
But now i reinstalled lindows and i am back to the old way again.
